Several demonstration, application and customer support laboratories were installed for Applied Biosystems, a leading supplier of LCMS and other associated analytical equipment.
A laboratory environment was required, which also incorporated meeting areas where Applied Biosystem’s staff could discuss their clients’ needs and training. In response Assab installed a mixture of traditional table frame benching along with bespoke furniture including hexagonal and circular tables with chrome legs.
Mobile tables provide a completely flexible laboratory layout for heavy analytical equipment, requiring frequent access to the rear for maintenance operations.
2no ventilated workstations, a fume cupboard and safety cabinet were installed in the Prep areas.
